• Furniture, interior fixtures, and decorative elements shown in architectural impressions are illustrative and do not form part of standard plot offerings.
• Plot sizes are mentioned in Square Yards and Square Meters and are subject to final survey demarcations as stipulated in the developer's registered agreement.

04. Pricing, Availability & Payment Plans

Any indicative pricing, payment schedules, or special launch offers displayed on this website or shared via consultation are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the project developer.

Government charges, including but not limited to Goods and Services Tax (GST), Stamp Duty, Registration Fees, Preferred Location Charges (PLC), External Development Charges (EDC), and Infrastructure Development Charges (IDC) will apply in addition to the basic plot cost as per statutory norms.
